A next-generation CD transport with a mechanism designed to last a lifetime

Pro-Ject has focussed on creating the best-sounding, most reliable CD transport they can for audiophiles still enjoying their physical CD collection. It is built around the StreamUnlimited CD mechanism CD–Pro 8 and Blue Tiger CD-84 servo system with careful damping and vibration control used throughout the transport’s aluminum body. 

The whole is mounted in a rigid carbon fiber chassis, which further contributes to isolating the CD loader from the outside. The CD mechanism has an improved clamp made of a new aluminum alloy. 

For the highest quality, connect to your DAC using the AES/EBU digital output, or opt for the I²S + Masterclock output over HDMI, but note that this is for connecting to the Pro-Ject Pre Box RS2 Digital only.
