Music Hall Carbon Fiber Record Cleaning Brush

Contains over one million antistatic carbon fibers to dig deep down into the record grooves

The Music Hall Record Cleaning Brush (previously called Hunt EDA), uses two rows of fibers with a static grounding pad between them. The fibers are able to dig down deep into the groove and extract trapped dust.

A more traditional “fat pad” can’t get down into the groove; it simply brushes over the top and removes the surface dust. The real culprit is the dust that’s trapped deep in the record groove. 

Using the brush

Don’t push the brush down on the record, simply support it and let the brush’s weight do the work. You want to keep those bristles erect, not rolled over. The Music Hall brush comes with its own support stand, which doubles as a brush-cleaning tool. Slide the stand back and forth across the carbon fiber bristles to remove collected dust. This will keep the carbon fibers clean and free from your messy hand oils.
